Assemblers report to: Production Manager

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
1.) Prepare work to be completed by reviewing assembly instructions (ie:traveler), blue
prints and bill of material.
2.) Use proper tooling and/or equipment for each task.
3.) Document actions by completing necessary production paperwork.
4.) Issue parts to job if needed.
5.) Punch in and out of time and attendance and data collection properly.
6.) Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
7.) Communicate job issues with Production Manager in a timely manner
8.) Report discrepancies on travelers, prints, wire cards to the Production Manager or
record on the Audit Sheet.
9.) Maintain a positive attitude. Be cooperative and helpful.

Production Manager reports to: President

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
1.) Follow and enforce all established policies, procedures, and recognized practices.
2.) Oversee the Production Schedule; assign and oversee all projects. Adjust the schedule as needed.
3.) Ensure that production is timely and within budget.
4.) Decide what resources are required.
5.) Responsible for the selection and maintenance of equipment.
6.) Provide positive motivation to employees.
7.) Find solutions for staff or equipment related issues.
8.) Work with managers to implement the company’s policies and goals.
9.) Ensure that safety guidelines are followed.
10.) Identify training needs.
11.) Review worker performance.

QA Technicians report to: Quality Manager

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
1.) Perform inspection of incoming materials from stockroom when necessary.
2.) Perform Inspection of finished product from production that will ship to
customer. When product is inspected, forward to shipping.
3.) Complete Certificate of Compliance documentation per customer
specifications.
4.) Perform in process inspection daily of operations being done on the floor.
5.) Be a resource for production employees as needed.
6.) Calibration of testers that are used in production.
7.) Test verification for the first piece that is completed of a new assembly.
8.) Perform 1 st piece inspections per procedure.
9.) Complete documentation for FAIR, PSW, ISIR and PPAP specifications of
samples per procedure.
10.) Ensure Non-Conforming material/product is properly tagged and
segregated per procedure.
11.) Documentation of Non-conforming material per procedure.
12.) Investigate the reason for nonconformance on customer returns.
13.) Keep department neat and orderly.
14.) Maintain a positive attitude. Be cooperative and helpful.
15.) Look for ways to continually improve processes, practices, procedures, and
work flow within the company.

Team Leaders report to: Production Manager

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
1.) Direct and monitor activities of others within the Team.
2.) Ensure operators are properly trained on Procedures and Equipment.
Request training if you or the operator are not familiar with a new
process.
3.) Maintain Training Records on employees you have trained.
4.) Perform 1st piece inspections. Be sure to tag the first piece. You
cannot inspect your own 1 st piece.
5.) Ensure Job Logs and any other paperwork required on a job is correct
and complete.
6.) Report discrepancies on travelers, prints, or wire cards to the
Production Techs.
7.) Communicate job issues to the Production Manager in a timely
manner.
8.) Ensure Non-Conforming material/product is properly tagged and
segregated.
9.) Keep department neat and orderly. Tools must be placed in proper
locations.
10.) Report to HR department any issues on employee discipline problems
or attendance.
11.) Work with HR department on employee reviews.
12.) Maintain a positive attitude. Be cooperative and helpful.
13.) Look for ways to continually improve processes, practices, procedures,
and work flow within the company.
14.) Reduce levels of rework and scrap.

Material Handlers report to: Production Manager

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
1.) Pulling and verifying materials for production jobs.
2.) Maintain stock room as well as other stock locations
3.) Document materials and supplies received and update computer
system with the incoming parts.
4.) Perform incoming inspection when necessary.
5.) Receive returned materials from Production by verifying material and
returning to stock.
6.) Cycle count inventory
7.) Prepare finished assemblies for shipment.
8.) Document assembly shipments by recording in computer system.
9.) Schedule trucks for pick up when necessary
10.) Use UPS software
11.) Safety management
12.) Drive forklift when necessary
13.) SOP’s pertaining to the shipping and receiving area.
14.) Maintain a positive attitude. Be cooperative and helpful. Look for
ways to continually improve processes, practices, procedures, and
work flow within the company.
15.) Keep shipping and receiving area clean and organized.
16.) Report any problems to the Production Manager in a timely manner.
