The TCB Award is a monthly award, given by management.....it's our version of Employee of the Month.....All Affprod employees are eligible and there can be any number of winners each month. It is awarded to any Affprod employee whose consistent efforts impact Affprod in a positive way. Winners do receive a $50.00 store gift card of their choice and their pic is posted on the company website.
